It's a new company built by the team behind an established Cleveland chimney and masonry business. Our crews have worked on Cleveland roofs for years: slate Tudors in Shaker Heights, capes in Parma, colonials in Strongsville. We kept seeing the same ceiling stains in the same corners every spring, so we started fixing the cause at the roof edge.
Who it's for: homeowners who have had an ice dam or are tired of watching one form, property managers with ice over a walkway, and roofers and gutter companies who want someone to handle the cable and the electrical side.
How we work: a free on-site assessment, a custom layout for your roof, three written options, and a one-day install on most homes. The cable carries a ten-year manufacturer warranty and our labor is guaranteed for five years. Heat cable manages the freeze at the eave. It doesn't fix attic heat loss, and when insulation is the better first move on your house, we'll say so.
